Espany Nature India LLP is based in Sathyamangalam, accessible to both Tamil Nadu’s and Karnataka’s coconut belt – a region shaped by the tropical climate and generous rainfall that has long supported lush coconut cultivation across South India. This proximity to raw material lets us source coconut husk close to our facility, keeping our supply chain short and our raw material fresh from farm to factory.
We take care to process this husk – rich in natural fibre and minerals – into coco peat and coir products without compromising on quality, from the first stage of fibre extraction through to the finished, packed product.

Spread across 25 acres, our facility brings every stage of coir production under one roof – fibre processing, yarn production, coco peat manufacturing, Growbags manufacturing, allowing us to maintain consistent quality control from raw husk to finished product.
We have our own fleet of transportation to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and arrangements for our finished products.
We maintain close control over our production process, from raw husk sourcing in our own region through to washing, grading, and packing.
